We Celebrate Thanksgiving by Continuing to Give Back

This is the time of year we give thanks. We give thanks that 2017 has been a surprisingly strong year for our country so far, even if it hasn’t always felt that way. We give thanks that we still celebrate the diversity of our people and opinions. And at Summit Place, we also add a sincere thanks to our clients and colleagues for their continuous support and trust.
While we look forward to sharing this favorite holiday with family and friends, we are reminded that not everyone is fortunate enough to have family ties nearby or the ability to be part of a warm welcoming celebration; for this, we support Citymeals-on-Wheels each year.
Founded in 1981 by Gael Greene and James Beard, Citymeals-on-Wheels ensures that no homebound elderly New Yorker goes without food or human company. In its first year, the program was able to provide 35,000 Christmas dinners; today it serves over 2 million daily and holiday meals annually.
