Kate is a Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Summit Place Financial, where she brings more than 15 years of experience advising institutions and high-net-worth families. She joined the firm because of its commitment to thoughtful, personalized relationships and holistic planning. Kate combines deep technical expertise with a practical, steady approach to help clients make confident decisions around retirement, education funding, philanthropy, tax strategy, and legacy planning.
Known for her calm presence and collaborative style, Kate focuses on building lasting relationships grounded in trust. She takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and values, then designs tailored strategies that simplify complexity and support what matters most.
She began her career at Cambridge Associates in investment consulting, working with both nonprofit organizations and families. She later spent nine years at Offit Capital, partnering with multigenerational ultra high net worth families to manage complex investment portfolios and guide long-term planning, including wealth transitions and estate strategies.
Kate holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the New Jersey Financial Planning Association, and is active with The Junior League of Summit, Overlook Auxiliary, and Student/Partner Alliance.
Kate has earned industry recognition, including most recently being named a 2026 Investment News Five Star Financial Planner.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and their golden retriever, Penny. She can often be found walking the hills of Summit, attending a local yoga class, or visiting the Sunday farmers’ market.
