Our Team

Elaina is a pivotal member of the Summit Place team, serving as our Client Service and Operations Manager. In this role Elaina maintains a deep understating of the firm’s client and business operational processes, systems, and technology.  Elaina’s previous experience in customer support and logistics in the manufacturing industry equipped her with the skills to build meaningful client relationships and creatively problem-solve to meet our client and business needs.

After the pandemic, Elaina sought a change of career with new challenges and room to develop professionally.  Elaina was drawn to our highly motivated team at Summit Place, and she was won over by the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ financial lives and well-being.  Elaina now supports the firm’s operational and client service needs, working closely with advisors to ensure a seamless experience for client transactions while also working to ensure firm business operations run smoothly.

Elaina’s diverse personal interests and hobbies delight our team regularly; from photography to knitting, Elaina enjoys new opportunities and adventures.   Outside work, she enjoys reading historical fiction, going on nature walks, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats, Salem and Binx. Elaina is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and volunteers with the University of Virginia’s Zeta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega, serving as their Finance Advisor.  Elaina holds a B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University and recently completed the RIA Manager Advancement Program at Charles Schwab & Co.
